In the event of damage to the vehicle during the rental period, the following conditions apply:
a. If the total repair expense is ₹50,000 or less, the customer will bear the full cost of the damage.
b. If the total repair expense exceeds ₹50,000, the company will utilize the vehicle’s insurance to cover the repair costs. However, the customer will be liable to pay any applicable insurance deductibles as per the policy.
In both cases, the customer is required to pay the per-day rental charges of the vehicle for the duration it remains in the garage for repair work.
